  • Support in reviewing proposals and contracts so you feel confident in your choices.

  • Direct communication and coordination with selected vendors.

Layout & Design

  • Feedback and guidance on your existing design ideas, plus suggestions to elevate the look and guest experience.

  • Assistance with floor plan, seating strategy and flow of the day so everything feels natural and well-paced.

  • Up to two scheduled venue tours.

Planning Check-ins

  • Four scheduled meetings to keep you on track and answer questions as they come up.

  • Email support for the “is this normal?” and “what do we do here?” moments.

Final Details

  • Creation of a detailed day-of-event timeline.

  • Vendor confirmations and logistics coordination to ensure everyone is prepared before the big day.

  • One hour coordination of your rehearsal.

  • 12 hours of professional on-site coordination for the day of event so you and your guests can relax and enjoy your special day.
